Nick (the guy you can trust) was so welcoming and guided me through the entire process of how the ear works to protect, but also what happens when that protection is not properly managed — I now have clearer ears and a clearer perspective on how to take care of them!

After an awful week of blocked ears I am now able to hear again thanks to Nick. I was very nervous as it was my first time to have this procedure but his professionalism and his happy and positive personality put me at ease. Worth every penny 😊!

I emailed Nick for help and he gave me an appointment the following morning so I was already very happy as I had been suffering for weeks.
He greeted me downstairs and the whole experience was 5 stars as he is very professional and also made me smile the whole time. Everything was explained before the procedure and he even checked if anything looks unusual after clearing the wax as I mentioned an upcoming hospital appointment for my ears.
I highly recommend Nick if you need your ears clearing, I’ll 100% come back in future should my world get quiet again!

Booked an appointment with Nick as my ear was blocked. GP gave me an appointment in 2 weeks time just to check it but was impacting my mood. Nick was incredibly professional, talked me through what he was going to do and within 5 minutes I could hear again! Did the other ear as well. Highly recommend and will definitely return after he explained the drawbacks of prolonged airpod/headphone usage! Thanks again!

Nick was amazing, I can now hear in HD, the initial was really nice and clean, was amazed at the amount of wax that came out. Was really a pleasant experience!
