Hi! I’m 9 months pp and exclusively breastfeeding. I haven’t gotten my period back pp.
I feel crazy. A week ago I was super emotional for a day, crying over everything and then had minor cramping for a week. Yesterday and today I’m nauseous. Have also been getting headaches, feeling bloated and just bleh. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.
I’m so confused, after a few days of cramping I thought maybe it was my period but still nothing.

I had this a ton but still negative tests. I’m thinking it’s more my hormones trying to regulate postpartum ♀️

Fluctuating hormones can cause nausea too I believe. When my hormones drop I get migraines as well. They do the craziest things

I agree with an above comment- sounds like your cycle is about to return! Give yourself grace because your body is working hard. Eat well!

Following! Similar here. 11 mon Pp with my second. My milk has been up and down and months because of illnesses, so I wonder if the hormones are all messed up. It seems so unlikely that with all the sickness (and we were on vacation!) that my body would be like “yup that’s a good time to ovulate”. But I’m queasy and burping and exhausted, and my nipples are SO sore. My only pregnancy tests are expired a year ago, they are negative but I’ll have to go buy some new ones if these symptoms keep up.

I took two pregnancy tests recently. I was cramping, nauseous, and SO fatigued, and getting headaches (which is very rare for me). Not pregnant so hoping it’s my body working on getting my cycle back as I still haven’t had a period yet. But it was so bizarre, like all the pregnancy symptoms lol
