"I chose to see Dr. Cundiff based on reviews and his experience when my primary said I needed to see an ENT for potential thyroid cancer. I could not be more pleased with my choice and care. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Appointments are prompt. Dr. Cundiff has the best bedside manner paired with expertise. He recommended surgery and encouraged me to participate in the decision of how much thyroid to remove. He spoke to me several times before and after surgery; putting me at ease, answering questions, providing guidance, adjusting recommendations based on my test results and his conversations with other doctors. On the day of surgery, he was reassuring, positive, confident and overall put me at ease. My surgery was a success, easy and clean. When my test results came back as cancer, he delivered the news with optimism, clarity, clear prognosis and plan of next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Cundiff."
