Owner is rude and hateful!I loved Lee but she worked too fast and now that I am home not very pleased with manicure and pedicure. I didn't polish on hands or feet and you would think there would be a discount, but not the càse.Huge salon and not busy either day I was there. Won't be back! Too expensive!!!!!!!!!

I tried this salon a few years ago and felt the staff at that time was extremely rude. Well I do believe that maybe I had a bad day last time so I needed a pedicure and was in a hurry so tried Diva Nails again. Well if possible the staff was worse today. When I walked in there were two other customers getting pedis, and there seemed to be several other staff so I asked for a pedicure and someone got up from near the back and said to take a seat, she then asked if I had a color, I handed it to her, she asked if I wanted my nails cut then never spoke again, till she said to sit and let the polish dry and I was done. That was bad but not as bad on the other staff talking and laughing and of course no one knew what they were saying. So guess I will chalk this up to absolutely never again. From reading the other reviews I am surprised they are still in business.

Went in for a dip manicure and they got me in right away. After i picked a color she didnt speak to me again. I had to ask her to shape my nails and cut down. After she was done she got up and left. It wasnt until i saw her working on someone else that i knew i was done. I asked for cuticle oil since my cuticles were on fire after she drilled them (manicure) and she rolled her eyes and said "really?" I am not one to leave a review but I will never go here again. Absolutely ridiculous service for a mediocre job.

Would rate it negative stars if I could, they're lucky they get (1 star) from me.. Literally one of the worst nail salons ever, They're really rude. I arrived for a pedicure and they seated me on a chair that already had water .. it was COLD -- it took them over 20 minutes to change my water for my pedicure.. I kept asking how long it would take so I can soak my feet in the mean time while I wait for my pedi .. I will never return to this over priced nail shop.

terrible. they don't do any kind of hand massage or anything relaxing. they pick at your nails until they bleed. my 6 year old puts polish on better than them. don't throw your money away! I wish I could post a picture of these!
