“You have not lived till you’ve been to this bar, if you’re lonely, or it’s hard for you to make friends GO HERE. The staff are so nice my first night they gave me a free drink because I told them I was new to Pittsburgh and they wanted to welcome me! Plus the second time I came they remembered me after a few weeks ! This place feels like a legit family, not to mention their drinks are incredible and delicious… they can make anything you want and still give it their own spin and create edible art! GO GO GO!“

“Love Hidden Harbor! Been multiple times over a couple of visits (live out of state) and the team always delivers! Food is so good and Tiki drinks are the best! Had recently traveled to Hawaii and sipped a few Mai Tai. Could not wait to have the bartenders at Hidden Harbor make a couple for me. The rum Old Fashioned was good too! Love the burgers, fish tacos and calamari“

“Soo good ? The food is bomb?, I had the Philly steak with mushrooms and beer cheese, a side of fries and my husband had the Rodeo burger ? with fries also we had the Fish sandwich/fries and the twice fried chicken wings with the house bbq/onion rings and everything was cooked to perfection and so delicious.“

“Super awesome staff! I when during a rush and this super nice older lady was staffing the whole place. Despite all the customers she kept the drinking coming fast! Food is also pretty decent, it’s a very small limited menu but they have some good sandwiches. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a quick drink or something to munch on.“

“After being invited many times, I finally got out with some friends to try the Elks Pittsburgh famous Friday lenten fish fry. And overall, it definitely lived up to the hype.For $17, you get a huge fish sandwich and two generous sides. I went with Mac and Cheese and fries, and it was definitely a comfort food experience. The bar has very fair prices, and the staff run what is inherently a chaotic situation extremely well. Just get their early, or be ready to wait in line. Definitely worth a trip.“

“The food gets a 3 D rating: delicious, delightful, and delectable. Wow, the shrimp and grits make you feel like you in Nawlins (New Orleans). The velvet waffle and chicken is so good you'll get to cussin because only swear words can adequately describe how good it is! The DJs bring it, too!“

“Well I’m from Dayton,Ohio and I had a really good time at Denise and Earls. The food is delicious, the people were enjoying themselves to the fullest. “Was there this past Friday and wish I could have stayed longer ! But...... , 1 beer ang go ! Anyhoo I had stopped for their Turtle soup ! ! And it was fantastic ! Good people all the way around ! Laughed , met great people and the bartender and 1 of the cooks I met we're 100% good people !Highly recommend stopping in for anything ! Been going there for years and it always a good time !“

“Lefty's is a great place to grab an ice cold beer when you need a break from the crowded streets of the Strip District. The beer I ordered was seriously the closest beer I have ever been served at a bar. The bartender was welcoming and the price was reasonable. Indoor seating is available as well as a few outdoor seats in case you want to continue people watching during your beer break.“

“Cash only joint! Smallish neighborhood gem. Looks unassuming from the outside but it's just perfect for the locals. No beers on draft and that's a little sad but the delicious food totally makes up for it. The bartenders/waitstaff are always friendly, attentive and funny. Since we moved to Mount Washington, we're pretty much slowly becoming regulars so there go our plans to lose weight this year ?“

“Arsenal has some of my favorite ciders! They have a wide range of flavors from very dry to sweet. I personally love the ginger cider. They also serve a variety of tasty sandwiches. The pastrami is delicious. There’s also the option to sit outside on their roof deck during the warmer months. Cheers!“

“The people here are so friendly and welcoming. This place had everything. It had all the gothic alternative punk rock vibes and I loved it. Larry was my bartender and he was pretty cool. I ended up playing pool with some people in the back and had a great time. This is definitely a go to staple when it comes to dive bars in Pittsburgh. Definitely my #1!“

“I have always wanted to visit this place after hearing so much about it from all of my friends that live here in town I was pleasantly surprised by the fun atmosphere there's a lot of places I go to alone where it feels weird to sit there alone but I was more than happy to observe all of the boisterous and happy groups of people just living their best lives love the atmosphere love the beers and I hope to be back someday“

“My partner loves it here and we will be back. It's not my cup of tea personally (I like ones with more men haha) but it was clean, safe, very busy, and staff were friendly. The drinks were great too. I also liked the fact there were multiple rooms to hang out in depending on how loud/busy you like it.I read through the reviews and can't agree with any of the negative feedback that's been given.“

“Just started going to the Theme a couple of weeks ago. We were looking for a change of pace and more for our money. The Theme did not disappoint, great drink specials & daily specials. Food is great especially the sandwiches and pizza.“

“Great neighborhood place to have a drink and quick bite, hear a live band on the weekends or shoot a game of pole during the week. Outdoor deck area for smoking you can bring your drink on the deck just don't walk off the deck with your alcohol. Plenty of parking available and usually a decent crowd.“

“Excellent wings; good selection of booze and friendly service. It’s a cute little dive bar off the beaten path. The clientele is very welcoming. My only complaint is that this place is a smoking bar. Unfortunately, as much as I enjoyed my time here, smoking is a dealbreaker for me. That said, if you can tolerate smoking or if you are a smoker, I highly recommend checking out this little roadhouse in Braddock Hills.“
